South Africa’s Quinton de Kock, playing in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), has praised the CPL tournament. Quinton de Kock is playing in this tournament for the first time and he is feeling very good here. Before his next match against Guyana Amazon Warriors, Quinton said, ‘I am playing in the CPL for the first time and I feel very good here.’
Quinton said that ‘I thought this would be a new challenge for me and I would not be able to do well in it but the Barbados team and the staff here are really amazing. He welcomed me with great respect. The atmosphere of this team is really amazing and as this is my first CPL so all I can say is I feel really good.

Regarding the CPL and the experience of playing here, Quinton de Kock said, ‘I think it is one of the best leagues. I have never played here before but the experience of playing here is really amazing. This is one of those tournaments where you have no idea what else might happen to you next. The quality of cricket here is really amazing and the young players here have something else to say.
The wicketkeeper-batsman further said that, ‘When you come to the Caribbean, you will see that it has a beautiful beach, the food is very tasty and the fishing experience is also amazing. I am eagerly waiting to be back here next year. I was telling some people that I wish! I come here every year in my cricketing career and enjoy the atmosphere here.

Regarding the next match against Guyana Amazon Warriors, de Kock said, ‘The way our team is, you must have seen that every player has given his best performance. Be it an experienced player or a young player, everyone has given their 100 percent. We are fully prepared for the upcoming matches as well and want to secure our place in the playoffs as soon as possible. I am confident that our players will do well in the coming matches as well.
Regarding the captaincy of David Miller, de Kock said, ‘David Miller has done amazing captaincy so far, he is a really good captain. There are many experienced players in the team including Jason Holder, Kyle and we are confident that we will win the cup this time.
