Rishabh Pant will be shifted from Dehradun to Mumbai hospital, can be treated abroad

The Indian Cricket Board will shift veteran batsman Rishabh Pant from Dehradun to the hospital in Mumbai. Pant will now be treated in Mumbai. Apart from this, the BCCI medical team will take stock of Pant’s condition and if needed, he can be treated abroad as well. As far as possible they can be sent to London.

Rishabh Pant met with an accident on 30th December while going from Delhi to Roorkee. Pant’s car overturned after hitting a divider and caught fire. However, Pant had already come out by breaking the windscreen and after that a bus driver and conductor came and saved him. Rishabh Pant is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dehradun. Pant is badly hurt. He has suffered a lot of injury on his forehead, knee, wrist and ankle and may take a long time to recover from it.

Due to injury, Rishabh Pant can stay out of the field for several months. During this, he might not be able to play in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and IPL as well. ODI World Cup is also to be organized this year and for this reason it is very important for Pant to recover completely as soon as possible.

At the same time, many Indian cricketers have wished Rishabh Pant to get well soon. Hardik Pandya said in his message, ‘I wish you a speedy recovery. You are a fighter. I know things are not like that but you are the kind of person who will overcome every challenge and come back. My love and best wishes are always with you. The whole team and the whole country is with you.

Suryakumar Yadav said, ‘I wish you a speedy recovery and your absence is being missed here. I know you will return soon.

Apart from this, Yuzvendra Chahal, Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill also wished Rishabh Pant to get well soon.
