Asia Cup has successfully completed its 14th season since its inception in the year 1984. The tournament previously followed the ODI format but in 2016 Asia cup was played in the T20 format. Since then, the Asia cup has been played alternatively in ODI and T20 format. U.A.E hosted the first season of Asia cup and once again Asia cup 2022 will be played in U.A.E. The best batting performance we have seen in Asia cup history is by Pakistan. They have scored 388 runs by losing 7 wickets on 21st june 2010 against Bangladesh. Following that, India scored 2nd position in best batting performance by a team. In a match against Hong Kong, India scored 374 runs by losing just 4 wickets in Karachi. The third position is bagged by Sri Lanka as they scored 357 runs against Bangladesh at the run rate of 7.14. This year also we expect to see some smashing shots and maximums outside the ground.
