The Bangladesh Cricket Board is prepared to seek Russell Domingo for an explanation after he claimed that the organization generates too much noise. In an apparent shot at the board, Domingo asked that players be yelled at in the locker rooms and stated that loud outside noise prevented his guys from maturing.

The BCB recently decided to remove Domingo from the T20 setup and transfer responsibility to the newly appointed T20 technical director Sridharan Sriram until the next World Cup after a protracted dry spell in which they won just two of the thirteen games they played after the ICC T20 World Cup, with one game being washed away.
Due to his ongoing employment with us as a coach, Russell Domingo is unable to speak in such a manner.
“Who is doing this (yelling at the players), and why can’t he name some of them?” How is screaming at a player even possible? According to BCB cricket operation chairman Jalal Yunus, “He mentioned cricket director and it may be me because he did not mention team director (Khaled Mahmud) and I sense he wanted to say, team director,”
He shouldn’t have stated anything he did because nobody has the right to speak with the team management. Can the players identify the board members who reprimanded them? There is no way to know who he was referring to.
He cannot speak out against the board or any authorities because he is still our coach under contract. We’ll talk among ourselves about it because we saw it today, and once we consult with our president and other people, we’ll make a decision, but we’ll absolutely look into it, he continued.
Recently, Bangladesh suffered a series of defeats to Zimbabwe in the ODI as well as the t20 format.
