With the pandemic acting as a spoiler, the tournament’s most recent edition, Asia Cup 2022, will take place after an astounding 4 years. Yupp TV, a leading worldwide OTT platform, has won broadcasting rights. The event will begin with a match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka, then India and Pakistan will square off in an old-fashioned match the next day. In 70 countries, including Hong Kong, New Zealand, South East Asia, Japan, Continental Europe, Malaysia, and Australia, the competition may be seen online via Yupp TV.
The battle will last 14 days, beginning on August 27 and going through September 11th. Six teams, including those from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Hong Kong, will compete for the title. One of the most important ICC events is the Asia Cup, which is regarded as the largest continental contest.

The games will be placed in Dubai and Sharjah, respectively. Dubai is renowned for its bowling-friendly lanes, where the toss is a key component in determining how the match will unfold. On the other hand, Sharjah is a relatively smaller venue and can initially be a batter’s paradise, but after the initial run feast, it can become a barren wasteland where the bowlers are in charge.
As the winner of the just-finished qualifier tournament that determined the final team for the competition, Hong Kong will be the new participant in this contest. This will be nothing less than a blockbuster thanks to the involvement of a number of major players, including Wanindu Hasaranga, Babar Azam, and Virat Kohli.
