Here is the list of the youngest players to play in Asia Cup. The Asia Cup is a big tournament for Asian countries, and giving the chance to young players is important too.

Six teams will compete in the 2022 Asia Cup, which will take place in the United Arab Emirates from August 27 to September 11. The first two teams to reveal their lineups for the 2017 Asia Cup are Pakistan and India. Fans are very excited and there are some young players that you will see playing in the tournament. As of now, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan have not revealed their Asia Cup squad till now. We only know the players from Team India and Pakistan. Therefore, let’s take a look at the list of youngest players to play in Asia Cup.

List of youngest players to play in Asia Cup

Mohammad Wasim Jnr (20)

On November 26, 2020, Wasim made his first-class debut for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy for the 2020–21 season. He was a member of Pakistan’s team for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup prior to making his first-class debut. He was included on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s roster for the 2020–21 Pakistan Cup in January 2021. On January 18, 2021, in the Pakistan Cup for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he made his List A debut. On February 21, 2021, he played his first Twenty20 match for Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League.

Ravi Bishnoi (21)

Indian cricketer Ravi Bishnoi plays internationally. His bowling style is right-arm leg-break. As part of the Indian cricket team, he participates in international T20 games. In February 2022, he made his cricket team debut for the country. In the Indian Premier League, he represents Lucknow Super Giants and Rajasthan in domestic cricket.

Haider Ali (21)

In September 2019, Haider Ali achieved his first-class entrance as a Pakistani cricketer. He was born on October 2, 2000. On September 1st, 2020, he made his debut for the Pakistan cricket team internationally.

Shaheen Shah Afridi (22)

Shaheen Shah Afridi, a fast bowler for the Pakistan national cricket team who was born on April 6, 2000, is also going to play in the Asia Cup 2022. In April 2018 he made his international debut for Pakistan, and in December 2018 he played in his first Test match for his country.
