Kuldeep Yadav, the main spinner of the Indian team, has given a big reaction to not being selected in the Indian team for the T20 World Cup. He has said that he is not disappointed at not being selected in the T20 World Cup squad. According to Kuldeep Yadav, he is focusing on doing better in every match and his focus is more on the process.
Kuldeep Yadav took four wickets in the third ODI against South Africa. At one point he was even close to taking a hat-trick. He was adjudged the player of the match for his excellent bowling. Kuldeep was not selected in the team for the T20 World Cup.
My confidence has increased after IPL: Kuldeep Yadav
Despite this, however, Kuldeep Yadav is not disappointed. During the press conference after his tremendous performance in the third ODI against South Africa, he said,
I am not sad that I was not selected in the T20 World Cup squad. I am working on my process according to each match. I am just looking to see how I can improve myself. After the last IPL, my confidence increased a lot. However, after that I became a victim of injury. I bowled well in the West Indies, Zimbabwe and India A series. Now I can pitch the ball where I want.
The last few months were very difficult for Kuldeep Yadav. He got injured during the IPL and had knee surgery. Due to this, he stayed away from cricket action for several months. This year he suffered a hairline fracture in his wrist, due to which he was ruled out of the home T20 International series against South Africa in June. Apart from this, he was also out of Ireland and England tour.
