The pair continued to attack and completed their respective half-centuries. England made India out of the match after scoring 156 runs in 15 overs. Butler gave his team victory by hitting a six on the last ball of the 16th over. Hales top scored with 86 runs. He hit seven sixes and four fours in 47 balls. At the same time, Buttler also played an unbeaten innings of 80 runs in 49 balls with the help of nine fours and three sixes.
