At the currently-running Asia Cup 2022 in the UAE, Virat Kohli is gradually regaining his rhythm. He contributed significantly to a frantic chase against Pakistan in India’s tournament opener, and then he hit his first fifty since February of this year to build the groundwork for what ultimately proved to be a match-winning total against Hong Kong.

Virat Kohli getting ready to face Pakistan again
Kohli’s unwavering dedication to upholding the highest standards of his fitness level is demonstrated by a video of him running while donning a special “altitude mask” that has been shared on YouTube. Following Kohli’s completion of his batting practise in the nets, this was seen runing in wearing the mask. During the workout, Kohli tested his endurance while timing himself and being assisted by a member of the Indian team support staff.
