To play fantasy cricket, the first step is to create your fantasy cricket team. Dream11's rules to build a fantasy cricket team is similar to the IPL auction. On Dream11, a user is given 100 credit points to build a team. Each player you select comes with a set credit score which can vary based on their performance and stature. Your goal is to create a well-balanced team within the 100 credit points.

You are allowed to pick a maximum of 7 players from one team. Your fantasy cricket team must have the following combination of players:

• Wicket-Keepers (Min - 1, Max - 4)
• Batsmen (Min - 3, Max - 6)
• All-rounders (Min - 1, Max - 4)
• Bowlers (Min - 3, Max - 6)

Once you select 11 players, choose your Captain and Vice-captain to get 2x and 1.5x points, respectively. These two players are crucial to your win, and it’s best if these two are the most performing players in the match. Remember to take calculated risks and pick players who are not consistent but have potential to break past their previous records.
